While Ben Freiert maintains a relatively low profile online, he has been performing professionally throughout southeastern Connecticut and neighboring Rhode Island for years. Based in nearby Stonington, Freiert has more than two decades of musical experience, beginning with the trumpet before expanding into guitar, piano, and vocals. He previously performed with the original rock band Twenty Grand and today is known for solo acoustic performances featuring a mix of indie, folk, alternative, and popular music, often appearing at wineries, breweries, restaurants, and coastal venues throughout the region.
