• The CT Beacon does not guarantee correction of inaccurate information submitted by event organizers, though reasonable efforts will be made to update verified errors.
• Promotional language may be rewritten to match the editorial tone of the publication.
• Submitted images may be cropped or resized for publication formatting.
• By submitting materials, organizers confirm they have the right to share submitted text, images, and promotional assets.
• The CT Beacon reserves the right to remove outdated event listings or update event details as necessary.
