Slow Birding at Napatree Point
Slow Birding at Napatree Point offers a refreshing alternative to the fast pace of everyday life on Wednesday, June 24. Hosted by The Watch Hill Conservancy, this free program invites participants to slow down, unplug, and immerse themselves in the sights and sounds of one of the region’s most beautiful coastal environments.
Rather than hiking the trails, participants will settle into a quiet spot overlooking Little Narragansett Bay for an hour of observation, reflection, and wildlife viewing. Guided by naturalists, guests can watch for shorebirds and other wildlife while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The experience also includes opportunities for journaling and mindful observation, encouraging participants to connect more deeply with nature.
