Presented by Haring’s Noank, recently recognized by The New York Times as one of America’s 50 Best Restaurants, the weekly lobster bake is held in partnership with Lobstah Kingz and second-generation Stonington lobsterman Matt Madeira, whose locally harvested lobster highlights the evening’s menu. Guests can choose between a traditional 1¼-pound steamed local lobster or a perfectly grilled BBQ half chicken, each served with sweet corn, smoked sausage, boiled new potatoes, Haring’s signature coleslaw, and Davis Family Farm cornbread with sweet maple butter.
The experience extends well beyond the main course. Freshly shucked oysters from Sixpenny Oyster Farm, hot or cold lobster rolls, seasonal farm salads, children’s meals, handcrafted ice cream, and additional à la carte specialties are available throughout the evening. A full bar serves craft cocktails, local beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, making it easy to linger beneath the summer sky long after dinner is finished.
