And somewhere in the middle of it all, Pickle Pablo is making the rounds… dancing, posing for photos, and keeping the whole thing just a little unhinged in the best way while people sip pickle martinis and take the occasional pickle shot.

Then there’s the food… and this is where things get a little ridiculous. Fried pickles? Of course. But also pickle pizza, pickle fries, pickle-topped ice cream, pickle quesadillas, and even pickle shaved ice. It’s that kind of lineup where you stop questioning it and just go with it.
