A Celebration of Summer Cocktails at Kitch Brings Hands-On Mixology to Mystic
A Celebration of Summer Cocktails at Kitch invites guests to shake, stir, and sip their way through three refreshing rum cocktails during a hands-on mixology class led by internationally recognized cocktail educator Chef Anthony Caporale. Held at Kitch in downtown Mystic, the class teaches participants how to create tropical-inspired drinks perfect for summer entertaining, whether you’re relaxing on a backyard deck or spending the day on the water.
Throughout the class, guests will prepare and taste three classic warm-weather cocktails while learning professional techniques, the history behind each recipe, and the science of crafting balanced cocktails. Participants will work with premium rums provided by Spencer & Lynn Wine and Spirit Merchants while receiving step-by-step instruction from Caporale, whose experience includes leading spirits education at New York’s Institute of Culinary Education, appearing on the Smithsonian Channel, and curating the Temperance and Trade exhibition at Mystic Seaport Museum.
Registration also includes an exclusive after-class shopping event, giving attendees 15% off purchases made following the class.
