This guided walk showcases a diverse mix of habitats, including bogs, vernal pools, the Green Fall River, and rolling forested hills, offering participants an opportunity to experience the area’s natural beauty alongside knowledgeable guides.
The approximately three-mile hike follows moderate terrain and highlights both ecological and historical features found throughout the forest. Along the route, hikers will encounter remnants of the area’s past, including old stone foundations, rock walls, and the remains of a historic mill, providing a glimpse into the region’s agricultural and industrial heritage.
