Father’s Day Farm-Crafted Cocktail Class at Stone Acres Farm on Thursday, June 18, offering a bourbon-focused evening of cocktails, fresh farm botanicals, and hands-on mixology in one of SE Connecticut’s most picturesque farm settings. Running from 5:30 to 7 p.m., the event invites guests to explore the versatility of bourbon alongside acclaimed mixologist Chef Anthony Caporale using ingredients inspired by the flavors and aromas of early summer. The class is designed as both a Father’s Day-themed experience and an elevated cocktail workshop for bourbon lovers and casual cocktail fans alike.

Using spirits provided by Spencer & Lynn Wine and Spirit Merchants, attendees will learn to craft several bourbon cocktails including a Classic Mint Julep made with farm-harvested mint, a Fresh Lemon Balm Bourbon Sour, and a Lilac-Infused Bourbon Old Fashioned. The combination of seasonal herbs, fresh ingredients, and guided instruction creates an experience that leans equally into cocktail culture, culinary creativity, and relaxed summer socializing. Chef Anthony Caporale’s approach blends technique and storytelling while allowing guests to experiment with flavors rooted in the farm environment itself.

Set among the grounds of Stone Acres Farm in Stonington, the class adds to the growing lineup of food and beverage experiences happening throughout the Connecticut shoreline region during the summer season.
