Ink & Drink: Flash Tattoo Night at Black Velvet Ink with Grey Sail Brewing combines craft beer, live music, and fresh ink for a one-night-only collaboration between two popular Westerly businesses. Taking place Friday, August 7, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., the event gives guests the opportunity to receive a professionally applied flash tattoo while enjoying drinks and live entertainment throughout the evening.
The event is hosted by Grey Sail Brewing Company in partnership with Black Velvet Ink, with Grey Sail curating the entire sheet of flash tattoo designs available that night. Guests simply choose their favorite design before being tattooed by the experienced artists from Black Velvet Ink. Each ticket includes one flash tattoo along with two beers or craft cocktails, creating a relaxed, social atmosphere that blends local craft brewing with tattoo culture.
Adding to the experience, Steve Jordan performs live from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Grey Sail Taproom, providing the soundtrack for the evening. The outdoor taproom offers beer brewed on site along with wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, making it easy for friends and family to enjoy the event whether they’re getting tattooed or simply stopping by for music and drinks.
