Run. Paddle. Party. combines fitness, teamwork, and a waterfront celebration into one unique summer event in Mystic. The event, taking place on Thursday, June 11, features a relay-style course that combines running and paddling before endingty wit,h a post-race party on the Mystic waterfront. Hosted at Adventure Mystic and sponsored by Outer Light Brewing Company and Crooked Compass, the event is designed for active adults looking for a fun challenge rather than a traditional race.
Teams of two will complete a fast-paced relay course featuring approximately 1.5 miles of running and 1.5 miles of paddling per participant. Teammates alternate between disciplines at designated exchange points until the course is completed.
