Pop Over Mystic Wednesday Supper Club transforms dinner into a shared culinary experience every Wednesday evening in downtown Mystic. Rather than ordering from the regular menu, guests enjoy a chef-curated, six-course tapas-style dinner designed to introduce new flavors, encourage conversation, and showcase the creativity of the kitchen in a relaxed, social setting.
Each week, the chefs prepare a completely new menu that is released on Sunday evening, giving returning guests a different experience every visit. Every supper includes six chef-selected courses, dessert, and beverages including wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, making it an all-inclusive evening centered around great food and community.
Held as a single seating from 6 to 8 p.m., the Wednesday Supper Club is ideal for adventurous diners, date nights, or anyone looking to discover new dishes without having to choose from a menu. Seating is limited and advance reservations are required.
