Mystic Strawberry Festival
Mystic Strawberry Festival returns to Olde Mistick Village on June 13 and 14, bringing two days of strawberry-filled treats, live entertainment, shopping, and family-friendly summer atmosphere to one of Mystic’s most popular destinations. Running from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days, the festival transforms the village into a celebration of fresh berries, seasonal desserts, and classic New England summertime energy. Visitors can expect strawberry shortcake, pies, jams, cookies, cupcakes, chocolate-covered strawberries, ice cream, lemonade, strawberry wine, and a long list of other sweet offerings spread throughout the village.
The Mystic Strawberry Festival combines food, shopping, live music, and outdoor community gathering into a weekend event that feels especially suited to early summer along the Connecticut shoreline. Guests can wander the brick pathways of Olde Mistick Village while exploring local vendors, craft booths, and shops between stops for strawberry-themed treats and drinks. Families will also find kid-friendly activities throughout the event, including face painting, a petting zoo, and interactive activities designed to create a relaxed festival atmosphere for all ages.
Originally opened in 1973 and designed with the look and feel of a 1720s-style Colonial village, Olde Mistick Village provides a setting that naturally lends itself to festivals and seasonal events. With more than 40 independent shops and restaurants surrounding the event, the Mystic Strawberry Festival offers visitors an easy way to spend an entire afternoon or evening enjoying shopping, entertainment, and summer flavors in the heart of Mystic.
