The route concludes at War Memorial Park at the intersection of Main Street and West Main Street. \nAs the procession moves through Baltic\, spectators gather throughout the village to watch veterans groups\, local organizations\, firefighters\, and community participants honor those who lost their lives in military service. The parade’s route through the historic mill village setting gives the observance a distinctly eastern Connecticut character\, combining small-town Memorial Day tradition with moments of reflection and patriotism along the way. \nSponsored by American Legion Post 85\, the Baltic Fire Department\, and the Town of Sprague\, the annual parade remains one of the community’s longstanding Memorial Day observances.
